The Catering Company has been providing the Mercer County area
with delicious food and quality service since 1985. Located
five miles from Princeton in the historic country village of
Blawenburg, we have been coordinating parties, weddings and
events in a wide range of locations, from client's homes and
backyards, theatres and film locations to formal reception halls.
Our versatility in working "off
premise" has challenged us to provide services that meet
our client's special needs while working with their individual
budgets. Whether we are creating customized menus or cooking
on site without a kitchen, our clients are confident that
with us they are in capable hands.
As the owner of
the company and the chef, I understand the need to incorporate
current food trends while holding on to the tried and true
favorites. Our food changes with the seasons and is complimented
